About Us
Chilly Water Farm sits on 325 acres along the Blue Ridge Mountains in Sparta, North Carolina. Founded in 2011 by Kim Brown and daughter, Sara Davis, Chilly Water has evolved into a family-run farming operation that raises grass fed beef. Adhering to organic practices, the cows never receive hormones or antibiotics and are raised with much love and respect.
Chilly Water Farm's herd is processed at Mays Meats in Taylorsville. The processing facility has been in operation for over 30 years and is USDA approved.
Chilly Water Farm is also home to miniature donkeys, goats, chickens and horses. As a small, family-owned farm, our objective is quality above quantity.

It is our mission to humanely raise the best quality grass-fed beef while following organic practices. Our cattle are raised with love and respect, enabling us to deliver to our customers the highest quality beef for their enjoyment.
